Return & Refund Policy

Returns: You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.

Defective items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Packages marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 30 days with your tracking details. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Change of mind: For unopened change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped.
