  • Response time: We respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Messages received on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

2. Tips Before Buying

3. What Is Our Return Policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns only for unopened items with original packaging and tags intact, ensuring health, safety, and peace of mind for our customers. Opened packages are considered used and cannot be returned unless defective.

  • To initiate a return, email us pictures of the unopened package within 30 days of purchase. After confirmation, we will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Allow 3-4 weeks for return processing. For updates, contact us at refunds@numenwellness.com.

This policy covers, but is not limited to:

  • Duplicate orders
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered
  • No longer needed
  • Price issues

4. What If an Item Is Defective?

If an item is defective within 30 days of purchase, contact us with:

  • Order number, SKU of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue
  • Pictures or a video illustrating the problem

Once confirmed, we will replace it with the same item or one of similar value.

5. Before Reporting a Problem, Please Check:

  1. Ensure the product is fully charged and try holding the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.
  2. For dildos and vibrators, make sure the product is turned on before using the remote. Check the remote’s battery.
  3. Review the product’s instruction manual.
  4. Do not use products while charging.

6. What If the Package Is Lost or Returned?

  • If the parcel was delivered but not received by you, no refund will be provided.
  • If lost in transit, we will resend the same item.
  • If delivered to a different address, we will resend the same item.
  • If returned due to an incorrect address or late pickup, we will resend the item and charge $10 for shipping.
  • If returned due to force majeure (e.g., customs or postal returns), we will resend the item.

7. What If I Want to Cancel My Order?

To cancel an order, email us at operations@numenwellness.com within 24 hours of purchase for a free cancellation.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped on the same day, so cancellation may not always be possible. If it cannot be canceled, try to decline the package or follow the return policy.
  • Refunds take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your bank.

8. What If I Receive the Wrong Product?

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of purchase with:

  • Pictures of the shipping label
  • Pictures of the SKU on the product packaging
  • Pictures of the entire package and product
