Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship all orders from our San Diego, California warehouse to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard (5–7 business days): $9.89, and free on orders of $85 or more.

Faster options are priced by distance from our California warehouse, so your exact price is shown at checkout:

• Express Ground (3–5 business days): $11.52 to $19.83
• 3-Day (3 business days): $12.76 to $33.93
• 2-Day (2 business days): $18.05 to $36.85
• Overnight (1 business day): $23.08 to $63.77

The lowest prices apply in California and the highest on the East Coast. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses ship by Standard only. A few large items ship by Standard only, and their product pages say so.

Delivery times start once your order leaves our warehouse. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Discreet shipping

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product images or descriptions on the outside. Nothing on the label shows what is inside.
