Fill the clear syringe with up to 150 ml of water or lube, connect the 23.5 inch silicone tube and choose one of 3 tips: two smooth or one beaded for extra sensation. Since only the tip goes inside, the contents of the syringe stay clean, and the tube lets you hold the tip and syringe separately.
