The Pie Hole is a silicone feeding gag built around an open ring: ease it past the teeth, buckle the soft straps behind the neck, and your partner's mouth stays open. A plug fills the 1.5 inch opening for muffled moans, or comes out so you can hear every gasp, and a chain keeps it from getting lost. The buckle accepts a lock, and all hardware is nickel-free.
How it feels
